Dispatch & Fulfilment
To provide faster delivery and a better customer experience, orders are prioritised for dispatch from our Australian warehouse whenever stock is available.
For selected items or limited collections, orders may occasionally be fulfilled directly from our trusted partners and ceramic studios in Jingdezhen, China. If this applies to your order, estimated delivery times will be clearly displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days
Most orders are dispatched from our Australian warehouse and delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on your location and local carrier services.
New Zealand
Estimated delivery: 8–12 business days
Delivery times may vary slightly depending on customs processing and regional courier networks.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information so you can follow your parcel's journey.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to become available after dispatch.
