Change of Mind Returns
We accept change-of-mind returns within 30 days of delivery.
- To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- Returned in their original packaging
- Free from damage, stains, or signs of use
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Please note that return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
We take great care in packaging every ceramic piece. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item received
- Photos of the packaging and shipping label
- A brief description of the issue
After review, we may offer one of the following solutions:
- A replacement item
- A full refund
- A partial refund where appropriate
- Store credit
Items Not Eligible for Return
For hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons, we cannot accept returns for:
- Used items
- Items damaged after delivery due to misuse or improper handling
- Gift cards
- Clearance, final sale, or promotional items marked as non-returnable
- Products returned without prior approval
Refund Process
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please allow:
- 2–5 business days for return inspection
- 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund
Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for securely packaging returned items to prevent damage during transit.
We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Clay Circle cannot be responsible for returns lost during shipment.

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) or other applicable consumer protection laws.
If a product has a major fault, is significantly different from its description, or fails to meet consumer guarantees, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with applicable law.
